I'm not often at a loss for words but I'm not sure that the appropriate words exist for how grateful I am with the quality of your work and of your service. I have been looking for a special marker for some customers of mine who lost their deeply-loved Chow last April. When I found you, I decided to give it a try. The granite memorial you did for Bearon (their Chow) was beyond any expectation I had. I spoke with both Richard and Adam and was never treated more kindly. They're both so sincere and truly have their hearts and compassion invested in the work they do and the people they serve. Our economy would sky rocket if more people cared so much and delivered above and beyond anything they promise. I want to publicly thank you all for caring - your attention to detail - your attention to other's healing - and your attention to expediting the completion of the work you do. You're terrific!
