Not only is the urn a perfect resting spot that will always keep her close in our hearts, but the service received by Richard Bradley/Laser Works of Alabama was much appreciated. After a very long week ending with having to put our little girl to sleep, the urn I ordered came damaged in shipping. With one phone call the entire matter was handled and with kindness and much understanding. I had a new urn in hand the day Freeway came home and now she is at rest. I wasn't sure if you were going to be able to fit my poem on the urn or not but you told me you would try your best. When I looked in the gallery to see the finished product I was overwhelmed. To see my dogs face along with that poem was such a surprise to me I was filled with tears and the feeling I felt at the very moment was indescribable. You provided me with a way to always rememeber my loveable pet and also a bittersweet end to such a long and heartbreaking week I had been going through.
