Due to the fact that we pay a fee on every credit card and eCheck transaction, we must charge an order cancellation fee of $7.00 on all orders cancelled prior to production. Laser Works of Alabama does not profit from this charge.

As every product is custom made, no two are alike. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled for a full refund, after the production phase is begun.

Marble and granite are natural substrates. Being such, natural variances are inherent in the stones. Marble contains natural "veins" and granite contains natural "flecks". As these qualities are inherent to each material, they do not constitute a defective item.

We can send a one-time email to you containing a proof, before engraving any single product. To obtain this proof, just select "Yes" in the proof drop-down box on the product's page. We will then await your confirmation before engraving. This allows you to view your layout before we engrave it, as well as, if you desire, to relocate text or your pet's image on the layout. This option does not allow alteration of text or of the pet's image, only relocation.
