When mailing your pet's photo(s), you run the risk of the photo(s) being damaged in transit. Therefore we strongly suggest that you place the photo(s) in the envelope between two pieces of cardboard to give the envelope rigidity.

Include with your photo a print-out of your "Order Process" email, which is sent to you upon checkout in our online store - *This step is required, as it is necessary to associate your photo(s) with the name, dates, and script that you have specified.
